OSA Student Traineeship Programme – High Adventure Team Building

為發掘學生助理的自身潛能，提升其團體合作及解決困難的能力，體育事務部組織了高結構歷奇培訓，於十一月二日在飛鷹培訓基地舉行。此次活動包括合作技巧及團隊挑戰，學生助理們在充滿挑戰及愉快的氣氛中完成各項培訓。透過此次活動，學生助理們透過反思及分享培訓成果。透過體驗、交流和實踐應用等一系列的活動，學生感受到個人與團隊之間的關係，了解優秀、高效團隊的要素，有助提升學生助理的凝聚力和向心力。並理解到作為學生助理除日常行政協助和組織活動外，還需注意提升個人自律性、個人管理及團隊精神，達致全人發展的目標。

Dear students and colleagues,

In order to explore the potential of student trainees and enhance their ability to work together and solve problems, Office of Sports Affairs organized team building training for OSA Student Trainee at Flying Eagle Campsite on 2 Nov.

Student trainees completed various team training in a challenging yet pleasant atmosphere. Through this training, the student trainees shared their experiences and ideas to maximize the effectiveness of teamwork. As a student trainee, they are not only expected to deal with the daily administrative assistance and organize activities, but also to pay attention to their personal self-discipline, personal management and team spirit to achieve the goal of Whole-Person Development.
