OSA has officially launched the Traineeship Programme in academic year of 2018 with the aim to provide student trainees practical experiences while studying. Students are being trained to provide assistance in fitness room, frontline service counters, student activities and other office supports.

1) Target applicants: · Undergraduate and Postgraduate Students in UM
2) Hourly stipend: MOP48 /MOP 66 per hour
3) Applicants should possess the following abilities: · Fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin, proficiency in English will be advantage; · Interest in Sports · Knowledge of Microsoft Offices, design software and audio control system; · Good interpersonal skills; · Strong responsibility and positive working attitudes; · Having related working experience is an advantage

Fitness Room Management Course (in Late August)
The course aimed to enhance the professional knowledge and skills of the student trainees in assisting the fitness room users to achieve their desired fitness results by using the gym equipment correctly so as to avoid injuries.
The course covered the development of effective communication, team building, enhancement of fitness, muscle structure and nutrition awareness. It is anticipated that not only the student trainees can be benefited by participating in the course, but also can lead to a further improvement in term of service quality provided in the fitness room.
