Login Information for Students:

All University of Macau students with active status are granted access to the Sports Facilities Online Booking System.

To log in, students use the same ID and password as the one used to access Student Information (SI) Web Service for Students.

Login Information for Staff:

To log in, Academic Staff Members use the same ID as the one to access Class Lists from SI Web Service. Administrative Staff Members use the same ID as the one to access the Check In-Out System

Login Information for UM Alumni users:

  • To book our venues online you will need to be a holder of “UM Alumni Card” and “UM Sports Facilities User Card”.
    1. UM Alumni Card with User ID and password issued by the Alumni and Development Office (ADO)
      • If you do not have the UM Alumni Card, you have lost the card, or you have forgotten your User ID and password, you may apply through ADO website at link.
    2. UM Sports Facilities User Card by the UM Sports Complex
      • If you do not have such card, please visit our service counter at the UM Sports Complex (N8) with the presentation of UM Alumni Card at our counter.
  • Upon completion of items 1a and 1b, you may use your UM Alumni User ID (the first 7 characters of your previous student no., e.g. BA12345) and password, to login into the Sport Facilities Online Booking System.
  • Credit cards are accepted for UM Alumni users who wish to book sports venues online.

Terms of Use

Use of the Sports Facilities Online Booking System constitutes agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices contained herein:

All University of Macau active students are granted access to the Sports Facilities Online Booking System.
 Liabilities
Users are held wholly responsible for their personal ID and password
Users are held wholly responsible for any and all activities booked under their IDs and passwords
Users agree to notify UM Accounts Office immediately of any unauthorized use of their accounts or any other breach of security.
Sports Complex will not be liable for any losses that users may incur resulting from third parties use of IDs and passwords, either with or without users’ knowledge. However, users may be held liable for losses incurred by Sports Complex or other parties and caused by individuals identified by IDs and passwords used for online bookings.
 Security
To protect users’ privacy, users are strongly advised to properly logout from the Sports Facilities Online Booking System after each session.
This application logs out automatically if the session remains idle for more than 5 minutes. However, improper logout, for example, clicking the “x” button to close the browser windows, will cause users’ account to be locked. Under such circumstances, users may have to wait for five minutes before login again.
When user’s IDs and passwords are in use, access to the system, from separate computer, will be denied

The prices listed above are on hourly basis. All charges are in Macau Patacas
Lighting fee applies during the evening hours starting at 18.00 regularly and 19.00 between May and end of November.
No refund is allowed once a booking order is placed.  
Substitution of booked venues is not allowed.
Beach Court opens for free. For reservation users need to:
a)call our service counter at 8822-2512 up to 7 calendar days in advance and
b)provide name and UM identification card number over the phone to register
Booking Regulations :
Users are permitted to book any venues to a maximum of 2 hours a day.

How to make bookings through this system (students)?

Click “New Booking”
3.
Input Activities then press “Calculate Booking Fee”
4.
Confirm booking details with booking fee
5.
Write down the Reference Number or print the booking receipt
6.
On completion, press “Logout”
Payment Method:
At UM Kiosk, transfer from E-purse the required booking amount into the Online Payment Account (OPA) (** Transaction Limit MOP$750)
Credit card payment option is now available online.

Advance Group Booking of UM Sports Facilities For UM units

For UM staff who would like to make an advance group booking for sports activities for their respective units, please use the NEW eForm for application:

Note for application:

  1. SAO and RC colleagues can check the availability of most of the sports facilities HERE. For other colleagues, please contact the OSA office.
  2. All bookings should be made 2 weeks in advance.
  3. All sports facilities can only be booked for their designated use.
  4. The venue may be closed by OSA without prior notice if it is not suitable for use.
  5. To allow more units to be able to book certain sports facilities, for regular booking, each unit may only submit one regular booking at one (type of) sports facility for 2 hours per week.
  6. All reservation time must start at the beginning of the hour and end at the end of the hour, i.e. 10:00 – 11:00, but not 10:30 – 11:30.
  7. To maximize the usage of sports facilities, for indoor sports facilities, please avoid booking time of 20:00 – 22:00, but book 19:00 – 21:00 or 21:00 – 23:00.

Note for cancellation:

  1. For cancellation of approved booking:
    • Please email to OSA (osa.facility@um.edu.mo) about the cancellation at least 8 days in advance.
  2. For cancellation within 8 days, please provide a justification in your email.
Group Bookings by non-UM units

The below units/organizations may request booking of UM Sports Facilities:

  1. Government departments
  2. Non-profit organizations
  3. General Sports associations
  4. Private sectors

The aforementioned non-UM units may request to hold their sports-related or other types of events or activities.  The booking is subject to availability and priority.

Procedures:

  1. Non-UM unit should submit an official letter in hard copy to the University to request for sports venue booking. The letter should include and not limited to:
    • date of use
    • time of use
    • sports facilities
    • purpose of use
    • details and scale of planned activity (ies)
    • other related information
  2. The request must be made at least 30 calendar days prior to the day of use. Each application is only permitted to book venues up to 3 months in advance. Special cases are subject to the approval of Director of OSA.
  3. Director of OSA (DOSA) and/or UM authority will determine:
    • feasibility of entertaining
    • applicable charges based on one of the following categories:
      • Type A: Events or activities that are jointly organized by the group and UM
      • Type B: Government departments
      • Type C: Non-profit organizations
      • Type D: Commercial organizations
  4. Payment waived at the discretion of DOSA.
  5. Booking, if accepted, will be informed via reply email or letter.
  6. Final confirmation of the booking can only be made after the group settled the rental fee for the booking.
