How to make individual booking via
“UM Sports Facilities On-line Booking Service”
Most of the UM Sports Facilities require advance booking, i.e. Individual Booking, UM Group Booking and Non UM Group Booking.
Different sports facilities require different booking procedure, please refer to individual sports facilities page for details.

- Log on“UM Sports Facilities On-line Booking Service”webpage
https://isw.um.edu.mo/cdweb/pages/booking
- Log in using your UMPASS account
- Select the venue you would like to book
- Select date, time and court or table
- Confirm your selection by clicking “ADD TO CART”
- Confirm your booking in “My Cart” and proceed to check out
- Booking is completed and you can review your booking information under “My Bookings”
Remarks:
- All eligible users may book a maximum of 2 hours per day for any available venues
- No refund is allowed once a booking order is confirmed
- For details of the venue charges, please visit “Use and Regulations” webpage or “UM Sports Facilities On-line Booking Service” website
- Each venue has corresponding regulations for use; you may refer to the venue webpage and on-site notices for details
