New Online Application, Renewal and Payment Functions for Sports Facilities User Cards, Fitness Room User Card, and Swimming Pool Passes are launched

Dear colleagues and students,

From now on, Sports Facilities User Cards, Fitness Room User Cards, and Swimming Pool Passes can be applied for and renewed online, including payment processing.

Sports Facilities User Card (A) Professor Emeritus and Retired Staff Only	Sports Facilities User Card (B) Alumni, Immediate Family Members of UM Staff (Spouse/Children)	Fitness Room User Card Alumni, Immediate Family Members of UM Staff (Spouse/Children)	Swimming Pool Pass Student, Staff, Immediate Family Members of UM Staff (Spouse/Children), Alumni, and other eligible users

Applicants using UMPASS are invited to visit the [Online Booking System] and select the ‘Cards & Passes’ page to submit new application/renew Sports Facilities User Card or Fitness Room User Card, or to purchase the Swimming Pool Pass.

Upon successful application and after payment, the corresponding e-card(s) will be issued or renewed automatically. The card wallet in the Macao One Account (一戶通) needs to be refreshed to link the new cards. Instructions on how to link the cards to the wallet in the Macao One Account can be found at this [link].

Alternatively, if applicants wish to submit applications in person or need further assistance, they can visit the Main Entrance Counter at the UM Sports Complex (N8) during operating hours.
