How to pick up booked venue and sports equipment rental

Pick up booked venue

  1. Present your UM Campus Card or UM Sports Facilities User Card for registration 5 minutes prior your booked period at N8 Main Entrance Service Counter
  2. You may proceed to the booked venue after registration
  3. Collect your personal belongings and leave the venue on or before your booked period (please dispose any trash created)
  4. Pick up your UM Campus Card or UM Sports Facilities User Card at the Service Counter

Sports Equipment Rental Service

Sports Equipment rental service is available at the Main Entrance Service Counter of the UM Complex (N8), you may borrow sports equipment for free by presenting the UM Campus Card or UM Sports Facilities User Card for registration. Available equipment:

  • Badminton rackets and shuttlecocks
  • Squash rackets and squash
  • Table tennis rackets and table tennis
  • Pool cues and billiards
  • Darts

Remarks:

  • Any damage or loss of borrowed equipment will be charged
