Users agree to notify UM Accounts Office immediately of any unauthorized use of their accounts or any other breach of security. |

Sports Complex will not be liable for any losses that users may incur resulting from third parties use of IDs and passwords, either with or without users’ knowledge. However, users may be held liable for losses incurred by Sports Complex or other parties and caused by individuals identified by IDs and passwords used for online bookings. |

Security |

To protect users’ privacy, users are strongly advised to properly logout from the Sports Facilities Online Booking System after each session. |
|

This application logs out automatically if the session remains idle for more than 5 minutes. However, improper logout, for example, clicking the “x” button to close the browser windows, will cause users’ account to be locked. Under such circumstances, users may have to wait for five minutes before login again. |
|

When user’s IDs and passwords are in use, access to the system, from separate computer, will be denied |
