為了更好的在澳門大學推廣運動文化和健康生活，澳大體育事務部在4月1日至4月29日期間舉辦了「齊運動30分鐘」活動，培養學生的運動習慣，活動共有3372多人次參加。 
In order to better promote the sports culture and healthy life in UM, OSA organized the activities “Let’s Exercise Together for 30 Minutes” from 1 April to 29 April. With the aim to cultivate sports habits of UM students, there were over 3372 participants in the events.

Adult First Aid Course Orangised by OSA
體育事務部舉辦成人急救員課程

First aid knowledge helps to prioritize the treatment of the injury during an emergency. In view of this, OSA invited the Macao Red Cross to organize an adult first aid course for student trainees and interested students. In addition to the 30-hour class, the course also contains three-hour assessment. After passing the exam, an adult first aid certificate is issued. It is hoped that the first aid certificator will be able to provide first aid for those in need in the future. 
急救知識有助於在緊急情況下判斷傷者處理的優先次序。有見及此，體育事務部邀請了澳門紅十字會為學生助理及有興趣的學生舉辦了成人急救員課程。該課程除了30小時的授課外，還有3小時的考試，合格後才獲頒受成人急救員證書，盼望訓練有素的急救員日後能為有需要人士進行急救。
