N1 Mini Fitness room (N1-1022) is now open for UM Staff (online registration is required for the 1st time)

In order to improve the healthy living style of UM staff, the N1 Mini Fitness room (N1-1022) and changing rooms (N1-1023 & 1024) are now opened for UM Staff. The fitness room (142 square meters) locates on the first floor of N1 building, equips with 11 exercise machines.

Opening time

• Mon to Sun, 07:00 – 23:00 (except first 3 days of Chinese Lunar New Year)

Maximum capacity

• 15 users at one time

Eligible user

• All UM staff (UM staff card is needed to access the gym room)

Access method

• Please fill in the online form to register the access right for entering the gym room

• 3 working days are needed to grant the access right upon submission of online form.

  After submitting the online form, in the above website, it will show “In Progress”: 
  After access right is authorized, it will show “Completed” : 
  The applicant may then swipe his/her staff card on the card reader at the entrance of the fitness room to enter.
