The Fitness Room is located on the third floor of the UM Sports Complex. Here we have cardio equipment, strength training equipment, and weights training equipment.

There is also a Body Composition Analyzer that is available for users to check their body information.

Moreover, there is a Stretch Area beside the room that allows users to stretch or do functional training.

Things to note before using the Fitness Room

1. Only those who are 16 or above, and have been trained to use the fitness equipment, and are able to provide fitness training records endorsed by OSA, are allowed to use the fitness room
2. All equipment is to be returned to appropriate storage locations after use.
3. All concerns and maintenance needs should be informed to the staff-on-duty.
4. Foods & drinks are not allowed. Water bottles may be used only if they are made of a non-breakable material and contain water only.
5. A maximum of 30 users at one time is allowed in the Fitness Room.
6. All users must accept the terms of conditions of the Fitness Room User Undertaking Form before entering the room.
