There is barrier-free entrance at the Main Entrance and Western Entrance of UM Sports Complex (image 1). There is also barrier-free ramp installed for wheelchair users for entry and exit outside both Entrances (image 2).

There are tactile guide paths around the Main Entrance and Western Entrance inside UM Sports Complex (image 3), leading patrons with vision impairment to nearby accessible elevators (image 4). The paths around the Main Entrance can also lead them to nearby barrier-free service counter (image 5) and Medical Centre of University of Macau (image 6).

The accessible elevators in UM Sports Complex are equipped with Braille signs for the disabled to access all floors easily (image 7).
Note: The accessible elevator near the Main Entrance goes to underground parking lot, ground floor, and 1st floor only.

Washrooms for people with disabilities are located from ground floor to 4th floor of UM Sports Complex (image 9). There is also a shower cubicle together with toilet specially designed and installed in the male/female changing rooms of Swimming Pool (image 10). All these washrooms and shower cubicles are equipped with emergency alert system (image 11).
